146:1 阿肋路亚！我的灵魂，你要赞美上主，
Hallelujah!

146:2 一生一世，我要赞美上主，一息尚存，我要歌颂天主。
Praise the LORD, my soul; I shall praise the LORD all my life, sing praise tomy God while I live.I

146:3 你们不要一心依赖王侯大臣，也不要依赖不能施救的世人；
Put no trust in princes, in mere mortals powerless to save.

146:4 他的气息一断，就要归于灰土，他的一切计划，立刻化为乌有。
When they breathe their last, they return to the earth; that day all theirplanning comes to nothing.II

146:5 凡是以雅各伯的天主为自己扶助的人，以上主天主为自己希望的，是有福的人！
Happy those whose help is Jacob’s God, whose hope is in the LORD, their God,

146:6 上主创造了上天与下土，海洋和其中的一切所属。他持守信实，必直到永久。
The maker of heaven and earth, the seas and all that is in them, Who keepsfaith forever,

146:7 上主为被欺的人作辩护，上主给饥饿的人赐食物，上主使被囚的人得自由。
secures justice for the oppressed, gives food to the hungry. The LORD setsprisoners free;

146:8 上主开启瞎子的眼睛，上主使伛偻的人直身，上主爱慕那正义的人。
the LORD gives sight to the blind. The LORD raises up those who are boweddown; the LORD loves the righteous.

146:9 上主对旅客加以保护，上主支持孤儿和寡妇，上主迷惑恶人的道路。
The LORD protects the stranger, sustains the orphan and the widow, butthwarts the way of the wicked.

146:10 惟愿上主永远为君为王！熙雍！你的天主万寿无疆。
The LORD shall reign forever, your God, Zion, through all generations!Hallelujah!
